3D objects, textures, and animation in an easy to understand ASCII format--a
format that can accommodate the data requirements of just about any 3D
engine. Generate content once, then convert that data to each of your
target platforms, using different converters. Use the Game Exchange API
(written in C++, and completey revamped for version 2.1) to create your
own!
